Their website lets you easily browse through their selection of game titles by using drop down categories. Their are brief descriptions and a few customer reviews of the games. A nice feature is the option to customise your game rental service by electing to receive only your top 3 choices or receive games as fast as possible.

Game Rental Plans

Boomerang offer a wide range of unlimited and limited game rental packages if your on a tight budget. Limited plans are £3.49 per month for 1 game a month and £7.99 for 2 games a month (1 game at a time). Boomerangs unlimited rental packages are £9.99 for 1 game out at a time, £13.99 - 2 games out, £18.99 - 3 games out, and £25.99 - 4 games out.

They also provide a priority service which for a small additional fee of £2 a month (above the standard unlimited 2 package), customers receive priority of despatch on new releases.

Customer Service

On the whole turnaround times are good but if your interested in new releases you may have to wait a bit as some customers are reporting new game releases taking a bit longer to be delivered than promised.

Boomerang offer email support and say they will answer queries about their service within 24 hours.

Boomerang offer a generous 21 day free trial, for which customers can receive up to three rentals, one at a time.
