They provide the same number of game titles for each console as Gametart (a total of 2000 titles), and their website has the same links and search functions on the left hand side.

Customer Service

Gamesmonster aim to deliver your games to you by the next working day using the Royal Mail postal service. They have a contact form on their website for any customer service issues but unfortunately they don't offer any email or phone support. Being a new and much smaller service than its competitors we haven't any useful customer feedback as of yet.

Prices

They currently offer two game rental packages which are £9.99 for one game 1 out at a time and £14.99 for 2 games out. These subscriptions allow for an unlimited number of games rental a month and their 'keep it' option allows you to purchase the game you are renting.

Summary

If you're interested in Gamesmonster's game rental service then we would suggest signing up for a Gamesfrenzy account as they also share the same IT resources and website design as Gametart but are more established and offer a cheaper monthly cost.
